This asset contains a Blender file, fbx file and a package for Unity game engine.

When enabling window transparency, you have to render all materials two-sided to achieve a proper looking result. The interior isn't fully modeled. 

For use with URP and HDRP in Unity, either use the render pipeline converter, or just simply edit the materials in the "materials" manually (It's pretty simple).
